T O P I C R E V I E WLibra5643I just started studying more on the north node and i have it conjunct to moon, mercury, jupiter, and venus it's also 1 degree away from being conjunct to pluto if that even counts. Every are all in the sign of scorpio. I've heard that north node refers to past lives and if planets are conjunct to it what can that signify? what does this mean? thanksLibra5643Every one of them*Astro keenThis sounds interesting. The NN is about your tasks or goals for this life, whist the SN (South Node) refers to past lives.Could you say what are the degrees for the various planets you mentioned, including Pluto. Which house is your NN in?Libra5643 quote:Originally posted by Astro keen:This sounds interesting. It may not be easy to develop those traits (self-love, optimism, faith, harmony) but you'll get to work on them in your lifetime.Libra5643 quote:Originally posted by Doux Rêve:Jupiter and Venus definitely conjunct your NN.The other planets are kinda far away, but I'd still read the interps to see if they fit. Here's a good site for NN interpretations, although a bit too metaphysical maybe: http://depthastrology2.com/Nodes_Aspects.html You can just Google them, there's lots of stuff out there. But you have the two benefics (Venus and Jupiter) conjuncting your NN (indicator for life purpose) which is pretty good news, I think. Sometimes i feel like Jupiter is the only planet trying to save me in my chart Doux RêveYou're welcome, Libra.Don't say sorry!Orbs in astrology are a tricky matter. It depends on the astrologer / person.Usually though, 10° is a bit wide for a conjunction. The Luminaries (Sun & Moon) get a wider orb - approx. 8°, while other planets usually have tighter orbs (like 7° or 6°, depending on the aspect). With the Nodes, I'd say it goes up to 6°.But like I said... it depends on the person. If you feel like they have some meaning / significance, then you can keep them in mind. But focus on the planets that tightly conjunct the NN, because they're the biggies. livictorihow can you see what your nn is aspecting?livictorihow do you know what your nn/sn is apecting?Doux RêveLook at the aspects table and the NN symbol, and the aspects in the little boxes with the corresponding planets. Here for example, the NN is trine Moon, Saturn and Pluto, and opposes Neptune.Ellynlvx quote:Originally posted by livictori:how do you know what your nn/sn is apecting?Yours is on the Ascendant/Descendant Axis, with Venus/South Node Conjunct on the Descendant.
